Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi, 26 January 2017, written update, full episode: Dev and Sonakshi’s bittersweet encounter!

In Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi 26 January 2017 episode, Vicky asks Dev (Shaheer Sheikh) how did he know that the markets are going to fall. Dev tells Vicky that he has studied markets for long now and he knew that something like that was about to happen. Dev gets to know that Vicky has sold off the land of his trading company. He comes to Vicky and reprimands him. He asks Vicky that how dare he sell it off without asking him. Dev asks Vicky to call up his dealer and cancel the deal immediately. Vicky calls up the dealer. He calls him up, the dealer, who is sitting with Sonakshi (Erica Fernandes), tells her that Vicky wants to cancel the deal but Sonakshi doesn’t agree as she has paid up for the place. Vicky tells Dev that the new owner has refused to cancel the deal. Dev also knows that Vicky has transferred all the money from the deal into his personal account. He warns Vicky and tells him next time he does something like that he will remove him from the post of CEO.

Dev calls the property dealer in his office and asks him to tell his client that he doesn’t want to sell it off anymore. The dealer tells him that he cannot do that anymore because the client has already paid off the entire amount. Sonakshi enters and Dev and Sonakshi fight again. Dev hands her a cheque which has 30 per cent more amount she has paid. But Sonakshi rejects his offer. She says that her team has put a lot of effort in their research and finalizing this space and she will not let that go waste. Dev tells Sonakshi that he would not leave the place, his team would stay there. Sonakshi warns him that he can do whatever he wants, she also has the legal option. Before leaving, Dev tells Sonakshi that she still look beautiful when she is angry.

There, Radha Rani is extremely happy thinking that her son Vicky has now become a millionaire. Vicky tries to tell her that nothing like that has happened. He tells Radha Rani that Dev has got to know everything and has warned him. Dev comes and again gets angry with Vicky. Radha Rani starts her drama and tells Dev that she is really embarrassed at what Vicky did. Baldev Mamji also reprimands Vicky and asks him how dare he steal Dev’s money. Dev grabs Vicky’s collar and tells him that he always kept an eye on him. Vicky tries to ask Dev if the deal has been cancelled. Dev tells Vicky and everyone that Sonakshi has bought the land. Sonakshi is discussing her office interiors and furniture with her designer, Ms Gomes. She tells her about what all they need for the office, Ms Gomes is noting everything down. Suddenly , Sonakshi stops, Ms Gomes asks her what is the matter. Sonakshi tells her that if Asha would have been there, she would have let anything start at a new place without the pooja. Dev goes in his room, Ishwari follows him. She tells Dev that Sonakshi shouldn’t have bought the land, although Vicky made the mistake. She is unable to fathom that Sonakshi is a big businesswoman, Dev tells her that she has bought the land on the market rates. Ishwari tells him that if Sonakshi is not willing to leave the place, why doesn’t he leave it. Dev is unable to answer. Dev just tells Ishwari that he will handle things and he doesn’t care if Sonakshi is there in front of him or not, it won’t affect him anymore.
