Galaxy S8 renders reveal gorgeous bezel-less design

With an unveiling pegged for Mobile World Congress, reports surrounding the Galaxy S8 have picked up in pace. Not only do we know a possible launch time frame, but we maybe also know some of its specs. Now, thanks to Mobilefun, we may know exactly what the device looks like.

Similar to a leak we saw at thebeginning of this month, the Galaxy S8 appears to be a more refined version of the S7, with a few key differences. The biggest and most obvious change is the lack of a home button, which means we could see the fingerprint sensor embedded under the glass, as many reports have promised.

Beyond stretching the screen and ditching the home button, the Galaxy S8 looks mostly familiar—at least as far as the hardware is concerned. There’s no telling what the precise specs will be though we may have an idea thanks to a previous report.

According to a previous rumor, the Galaxy S8 could support Samsung’s S Pen, feature a new assistant named Bixby, and sport a pressure-sensitive display similar to the iPhone. Additionally, the device may come equipped with a 6-inch QHD display while still maintaining the relatively small size of the S7.

Nothing is concrete

Although we’ve heard numerous reports, nothing is set in stone. Samsung, of course, hasn’t confirmed any of these rumors, but with Mobile World Congress fast approaching, we’d expect more information to come out before anything official hits.

Considering what happened to the Note 7, we’re expecting Samsung to bounce back in a big way when the Galaxy S8 is released. Assuming these leaks are authentic, we like what we see. We’ll have more as it comes.
